When Krista Hope came into the office and said “the truth is…there is no truth” we were like “ummmmm ….. not sure how well that goes with our blog theme”. Lol.
Krista has been asked during countless interviews – “given the chance, would you have done things differently”. Her answer has always been “we made lots of mistakes that could have been avoided but no, I wouldn’t change it. This was our journey and it got us to where we are today. It was ours – it was right for us.”.
That’s why real estate education can be so in-effective. Education is typically delivered to large groups or through predefined programs. It’s not tailored to the individual. That isn’t a criticism of the information, it just means that the information doesn’t universally apply to all and shouldn’t be taken as such. It’s like buying one self-help book and thinking all of your life problems will be solved. It just doesn’t work that way.
THE TRUTH IS ….. everyone’s path is different. If you are trying to stuff yourself into a pre-defined system you are doing yourself an injustice.
